Ask about crew size
If you have been quoted a crew and want to know why, ask. If you are not sure whether your job is one person or two, describe the largest thing you own and where it has to go. Either question gets a straight answer.

hello@londonmovers.net — the fastest route for anything with detail in it. Photographs of the staircase, the frontage and the largest item answer most questions on their own.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:30. Saturday mornings, 08:00 to 14:00. Messages sent outside those hours are read on the next working day.
What to include
Both addresses with floor numbers. Whether there is a lift at either end and whether it is shared. Where a vehicle can legally stand. The widest single item you own. If something is going abroad, the destination city rather than just the country — Karachi and Lahore are the same shipping route and two very different journeys.
Complaints
Put it in writing to the email address above with the booking reference and what went wrong. We will acknowledge it, look into it properly and reply. The formal procedure and its deadlines are set out in the booking contract, which is where anything with a time limit belongs.
